Opened by Richard Mark Petty in 2005, our law office is a place where you can expect to receive personalized service. Potential clients will be asked to complete an intake assessment over the phone during their initial contact, which should take about 10-15 minutes. Petty Law Office is the successor to the law practice of Michael A. McCue.

Meet Richard Mark Petty
(Mostly known as Mark Petty)
Mark Petty was called to the Bar in 2003 and later opened Petty Law Office in 2005. While primarily focused in all aspects of family law, Mr. Petty also has experience in other areas of the law, including pensions, estates, and child protection.
When not working, Mr. Petty can most likely be found cycling along the quiet back roads of Eastern Ontario and Upstate New York.
In the office, Mr. Petty is assisted by Cody Morrissette. A trusted resource for clients, he will handle your intake and prepare you for your meetings with Mark.
